In the area of cord blood banking, Dr. Toh was a director and consultant to Singapore’s first private cord blood bank in the late 1990s. He joins Cryoviva with several years of experience in cord blood banking, hematology, transfusion medicine, and management of blood disorders. He is also actively involved as a consultant to international laboratories involved in clinical trials

Rajiv Kumar
Mr. Rajiv Kumar (Life Sciences, Lab Advances Diploma, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees) is an active member of the AABB. Rajiv Kumar studied biological sciences and has vast knowledge and expertise in operations and quality of Cellular therapy services and transfusion medicine, having worked in the sector for over 15 years.
He is well versed in quality standards and regulations such as the PHMC, HCSA, HBRA Act of the Ministry of Health of Singapore, ISO 9001:15189, ISO 9001:2015, AABB, ICCBBA, FACT, cGMP, NABL, CDSCO, cGLP and many more.
He joined Cryoviva Group in 2008 and is now the Quality Assurance Manager and Transplant Coordinator of Cryoviva and Reviva Cell Technologies, Singapore.
