In the event of a Hematopoietic Stem Cell (HSC) transplant, we will foot the bill for the tests that ensure the suitability of the cryopreserved cord blood unit for the patient. This essentially includes High Resolution Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) match, 7-AAD / CFU Assay for viable CD 34+ cells (HSC).

If the cord blood unit stored is not found viable for transplant; first we will facilitate to arrange a best available matched cord blood unit or S$50,000 to meet costs of obtaining a matched sample.

In the event client uses stored cord blood sample for transplant for their baby, siblings and biological parents, Cryoviva refund 100% of package price paid as mentioned in the contract.
VIVA Treatment Assistance*
Assistance of up to S$ 50,000
In the event child’s specimen is required for an autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant, Cryoviva understands there may arise financial hardships; in which Cryoviva will provide the client up to 50,000 Singapore Dollars to offset Transplant expenses.
