Was served by Joycelyn Tan. She's very detailed and doesn't conceal anything. Whatever, I'm concerned, she's always do her best to find out the outcome for me. Very good service by Ms Jodi Ong, who is very knowledgeable in the area of cord blood cells and tissues. As a first time parent, I have a lot of questions naturally, and Jodi was extremely patient in explaining them to me, and this gave me a very clear understanding of the importance of the storage of cord blood cells and tissues.
